DESIGN
For this project, prioritising employee engagement was key, dedicating a significant portion of space to social and breakout areas. The open-plan floors, equipped with desking, task seating, suspended screens and other amenities, were designed to encourage collaboration. Open collaboration tables and tea points offer employees opportunities to take breaks and vary their work environment, promoting interaction and connectivity.
Office Space
In the office, suspended screens help minimize noise disturbance. Main desks offer dedicated work areas, while various touchdown points are strategically placed for users to switch up their environment and take breaks. Additionally, quiet rooms, including enclosed meeting rooms and boardrooms, were integrated to boost productivity and provide secluded meeting areas
Cafe Space
The office cafe design maintains the brand's identity while adding vibrant colors to create a lively atmosphere. It serves as a space where employees can step away from work, destress, and recharge amidst bold hues, playful decor, and comfortable seating. This design not only reflects the company's ethos but also provides a rejuvenating environment for staff.
